Dr. Arin was very professional and the staff was also very nice. Dr. Arin explained the situation for my wound very well and very mindfully. I didn't feel intimidated at the fact that they had to do an incision ony wound because she explained my situation very calmly. She also answered a lot of my questions very well and complimented me for asking important questions. The Dr and staffs were extremely kind and friendly. The Dr was very detailed in figuring out the root of the sickness. I felt comfortable to talk about my sickness with the Dr in details. Have been to this clinic a few times when they were at the old location. So glad that they moved to Maxim, which is where I’m staying. Being newly renovated, the clinic was really well designed. Bright, clean, spacious and welcoming environment. Furthermore, Dr Arin Kaur was extremely friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to explain my condition as well as every medication prescribed. I been to many clinics due to my condition but here i feel the prescribed meds were on point. Highly recommend Klinik Len Seng, especially Dr. Arin! She is a caring and attentive doctor. Went to the clinic this morning at 10am. Parking can be a bit difficult, but the clinic provides 3–4 spots for patients. It seemed quite busy with patients of different age groups. The doctor is friendly and explains things well. The clinic is clean, and there is a toilet, but when I was there, there was no soap for washing hands. It would be good if they ensured soap was always available. Overall, very happy with the treatment and service provided from the front desk till the end. ~ Tasha

Went there at 11 in the morning. There were a few people ahead of me so had to wait around 20 minutes. The service was pretty good and everything went smoothly. The doctor was really nice and attentive to everything. The pricing is also pretty good. Overall consultation + scans and medicines costed around 200 rm. Just consultation is 25 rm and scans start from 80 rm. Would definitely come back again. ~ Rafa I

I had persist sore throat and severe headache since last Sunday, even visit pharmacy and consume medicine for days, not feel better, until I came to this clinic for the first time, from consultation to dispensary, doctor and staffs are just nice and experienced. Dr. Arin is very thorough in her check-up and knowledgeable when providing consultation. Front desk staff is very friendly and kind. All staff here very smiley and approachable. First time at this clinic. Service was fast, the environment was very soothing. They diffuse some essential oil maybe my headache more bearable. My first time went here for their promotion ( blood screening ) and it was smooth process. Got treated by locum dr instead but it's okay. She was great at drawing my blood 👌🏻. staffs are very accommodating and friendly, surely they'll answer your queries immediately. The doctor in-charge of my test was very kind and considerate, she really waits for me to be ready for another test. My test result was out the next day!! Most doctors these days are more money driven. You won’t find this with Dr Arin. What’s lacking in others are clearly dispelled. Takes her time to listen, talk & explain without any hurry at all. Overall a great experience. Courteous staff & clean well decorated facility adds on to my “Go To” clinic beginning now ~ Kien C
